摘  要:为了提高矿石运输、排放能力及生产效率,节能降耗,设计了基于排土机的变频调速控制系统。主要阐述了排土机系统的构成、功能、工作流程及ACS880变频调速控制系统组成。以排土机排料臂带式输送机为例,介绍了变频调速主从同步控制与PLC之间的通讯报文界面及参数设置等,并详细分析了变频调速主从通讯控制程序。通过设计该变频调速控制系统,实现了排料臂带式输送电机转矩与速度的精确控制,从而可将破碎后的物料有序排放到废土场。In order to improve ore transportation,emission capacity and production efficiency,save energy and reduce consumption,a frequency conversion speed control system based on the dumping plough is designed.Mainly expounds the composition,function,work flow of the dumping plough system and the composition of the ACS880 variable frequency speed control system.Taking the discharge arm belt conveyor of the dumping plough as an example,the communication message interface and parameter settings between the frequency conversion speed control master-slave synchronization control and the PLC are introduced,and the frequency conversion speed control master-slave communication control program is analyzed in detail.Through the design of the frequency conversion speed control system,the precise control of the torque and speed of the discharge arm belt conveyor motor is realized,so that the crushed materials can be discharged to the wasteland in an orderly manner.
