摘　　要：针对柴油机产品零部件制造中存在着大量数据信息需要跟踪追溯,流程管理所导致的重复工作强度大、业务效率低、准确度低、信息跟踪追溯难等问题,采用数字信息编码技术,形成基于柴油机零部件的编码开发规则标准及系统平台。数字化编码管理运行平台围绕柴油机制造业务流程进行定制开发,具有柴油机制造流程化管理的编码信息管理等能力,实现了柴油机产品零部件制造过程的编码信息定义及工程应用,整体提升了生产制造过程的质量追溯、流程追溯和信息追溯的能力。There are a lot of data and information that need to be tracked in the manufacture of diesel engine product parts.Process management leads to problems such as high intensity of repetitive work,low business efficiency,low accuracy,and difficulty in tracking information.In order to solve the above problems,digital information coding technology is adopted to form a code development rule standard and system platform based on diesel engine parts.The digital coding management operation platform is customized and developed around the diesel engine manufacturing business process,and has the ability to manage the coding information of the diesel engine manufacturing process management,and realize the coding information definition and engineering application of the diesel engine product parts manufacturing process.Improve the overall quality traceability,process traceability and information traceability capabilities of the manufacturing process.
