摘  要:针对传统热连轧钢卷运输系统中步进梁、链式运输机的设备特点以及它们在钢卷长距离运输中暴露出的问题,结合托盘运输的设备优势,对已有生产线钢卷运输系统的几种改造方案进行对比分析,推荐了在尽量利用旧土建基础的情况下充分发挥各类钢卷运输设备优势的改造方案,为相关设备设计和设备管理工作提供借鉴和参考。Aiming at the equipment characteristics of walking beams and chain conveyors in the traditional hot continuous steel coil transportation system and the problems they expose in the long-distance transportation of steel coils,combined with the advantages of pallet transportation equipment,a comparative analysis of several transformation schemes adopted in the existing production line steel coil transportation system is carried out.A transformation plan is recommended,which can make full use of the old civil construction foundation,give full play to the advantages of various steel coil transportation equipment,and provide reference and reference for related equipment design and equipment management.
