摘　　要：分析了煤炭表面改质机的结构及工作机理,阐述了西曲矿选煤厂工业规模试验的概况,对比分析了表面改质机和矿浆预处理器对应浮选机的浮选试验效果,各项数据表明:煤炭表面改质机达到了提效降耗的效果。The structure and working mechanism of the coal superficial quality modifier are analyzed,the industrial scale test overview of Xiqu Coal Preparation Plant is described,and the flotation test results of the superficial quality modifier and the slurry preconditioner corresponding to the flotation machine are compared and analyzed.Various data show that the coal superficial quality modifier has achieved the effect of improving efficiency and reducing consumption.
