摘　　要：为了充分适应民航运输业的高速发展及新一轮科技革命和产业变革对民航维修领域的影响,加快机务工程教育改革创新,课题组对中国民航大学飞行器动力工程专业、飞行器制造工程专业近5年毕业生进行了调研分析。本次调研从毕业生就业情况、大学期间满意度、个人职业发展、新形势下行业发展需求等4个方面展开,以获取新形势下民航维修领域对机务人才的需求,为机务类专业多样化、创新型卓越工程科技人才培养提供指导和参考。In order to fully adapt to rapid development of the civil aviation transport industry and the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, and accelerate the reform and innovation of aviation maintenance engineering education, an investigation and analysis on the graduates of aircraft power engineering and aircraft manufacturing engineering in our university in the past five years are done. This survey is carried out in four aspects: graduates employment situation, satisfaction during university period, personal career development and industry development demand under new situation, in order to obtain the demand for aircraft maintenance personnel under new situation and provide guidance and reference for the training of diversified and innovative engineering talents in aircraft maintenance specialty.
