摘  要:为了获得红掌转录组数据及预测佛焰苞颜色差异关键基因功能。本研究以红色和粉色‘阿拉巴马’红掌的佛焰苞为材料,通过Illumina HiSeqTM2000高通量测序技术平台进行转录组测序,获得28 219 907个Raw reads,组装后将All-Unigene与NR、NT、PFAM、KOG/COG、Swiss-Prot、KO/KEGG和GO数据库比对,共有138 696条Unigene对应的功能信息,其中37 073条Unigene被注释到NR数据库,显示与油棕、海枣等物种具有一定的相似性;有14 586条被注释到KOG数据库,根据功能将其分为26类;有30 580条Unigene获得GO注释信息,根据GO功能分为三大类,包含57个功能分支;有14 326个Unigene被注释到KEGG代谢途径中,分属于32个代谢通路,包括苯丙素的生物合成、谷胱甘肽代谢、苯丙氨酸代谢、ABC转运蛋白、类黄酮生物合成,其中黄酮和黄酮醇的生物合成和异黄酮生物合成等与花青素代谢密切相关。本研究结果对红掌佛焰苞花色苷形成相关基因的研究及分子标记开发等研究有一定指导意义。The study aimed to obtain the transcriptome data and predict functions of key genes involved in the different-colored spathe of Anthurium.In this study,red spathe land pink spathe of Anthurium were selected as materials,and Illumina Hi SeqTM2000 high throughput sequencing platform was used to carry out RNA-seq,the results of which showed that 28219907 Raw reads were obtained.After assembly,All-unigene were annotated to NR,NT,PFAM,KOG/COG,Swiss-Prot,KO/KEGG and GO databases.The number of Unigene annotated to each database was calculated.In total of 138696 Unigenes had the corresponding function information,in which 37073 Unigene were annotated to NR database,sharing similarity with Blaeis guineensis and Phoenix dactylifera.14586 Unigenes were annotated to KOG database,which could be divided into 26 categories according to the function.30580 Unigenes had similarity with genes in GO databse,which divided into 3 classes with a total of 57 functional groups.14326 Unigenses were annotated to KEGG pathway,which belonged to 124 metabolic pathways,including phenylpropanoid biosynthesis,glutathione metabolism,phenylalanine metabolism,ABC transporters,flavonoid biosynthesis,among them the flavone and flavonol biosynthesis and isoflavonoid biosynthesis closely associated with anthocyanin metabolism were represented.These data could provide important reference for the study of key genes related to anthocyanin spathe formation and development of molecular markers in anthurium.
