摘 要:为了利用花药培养技术快速创制特异育种材料,本试验以13个加工型辣椒F1代为试材,研究不同基因型、植物生长物质、Ag NO3、活性炭和植株开花期对加工型辣椒花药培养的影响。结果表明,基因型是影响花药培养的关键因素,92.31%的供试基因型能够诱导出胚状体,胚状体诱导率在0.17%~25.31%。加工型辣椒花药培养胚状体诱导最适合的培养基为MS+NAA 0.01 mg/L+6-BA 0.05 mg/L+Ag NO34 mg/L+活性炭4 g/L,诱导率为22.92%;植株处于初花期的花蕾胚状体诱导率最高,为27.74%,因此这个时期最适合加工型辣椒花药培养。本研究为加工型辣椒人工创制材料奠定了基础,为加快新品种选育起推动作用。In order to rapidly create specific breeding materials by anther culture technology,thirteen F1 processing type pepper were used to study the effects of different genotypes,exogenous hormones,Ag NO3,activated carbon,plants flowering on the anther culture in Capsicum annuum L..The results showed that 92.31%of the tested materials can induce embryoids,and the induction rate of embryoids was 0.17%~25.31%.MS+NAA 0.01 mg/L+6-BA 0.05 mg/L+Ag NO34 mg/L+activated carbon 4 g/L was the most suitable medium for embryoid induction in the anther culture of processing type pepper,and the induction rate was 22.92%.At early flowering buds was the most suitable time for anther culture,and the embryoid induction rate was 27.74%.In this study,the more effective embryo induction of anther culture were established,it laid a foundation for the creation of processing type pepper materials and accelerated the process of breeding new varieties.
