摘  要:为培育盐碱地区耐盐优质水稻品种,以期解决土壤盐碱化严重影响水稻的产量和品质的突出问题。根据新疆的盐碱化土壤特征,采用0.9%NaCl水培法,调查了42份水稻品种(系)苗期的株高、根长、苗鲜重、苗干重、根鲜重和根干重,通过相关性分析、主成分分析、隶属函数法和综合评价法进行苗期耐盐性鉴定。结果表明,盐胁迫条件下,根干重和苗高的变异系数在盐胁迫条件下明显高于正常条件,说明在盐胁迫条件下水稻苗期根干重和苗高变异增大;根据盐胁迫下水稻苗期耐盐性状相关分析表明,很多耐盐性状间存在着不同程度的相关性,即各耐盐性状系数信息有着不同程度的重叠;主成分分析表明,42个水稻品种的耐盐性状分成3个主成分,其总变异累积贡献率为75.34%;根据隶属函数的分析,权重确定及其综合评价,可知供试材料中耐盐性较强的有5份,较弱的材料5份。本研究为新疆水稻耐盐种质的挖掘和遗传育种提供了理论参考和基础材料。In order to cultivate salt-tolerant and high-quality rice varieties in saline-alkali areas,it is expected to solve the outstanding problems that soil salinization seriously affects the yield and quality of rice.According to the characteristics of salinized soil in Xinjiang,0.9%Na Cl hydroponic method was used to investigate the plant height,root length,fresh weight,seedling dry weight,root fresh weight and root dry weight of 42 rice varieties(lines)at seedling stage.The salt tolerance identification at seedling stage was carried out by correlation analysis,principal component analysis,membership function method and comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed that under salt stress,the coefficient of variation of root dry weight and seedling height was significantly higher than that under normal conditions,indicating that the root dry weight and seedling height variation of rice at seedling stage increased under salt stress.According to the correlation analysis of salt tolerance traits of rice at seedling stage under salt stress,there are different degrees of correlation among many salt tolerance traits,that is,the information of salt tolerance traits has different degrees of overlap.Principal component analysis showed that the salt tolerance traits of 42 rice cultivars were divided into three principal components,and the cumulative contribution of total variability was 75.34%.According to the analysis of the membership function,the weight determination and its comprehensive evaluation,it can be seen that there are five salt-tolerant substances in the test materials and five weak materials.This study provides a theoretical reference and basic materials for the excavation and genetic breeding of salt-tolerant rice germplasm in Xinjiang.
