摘  要:本研究以茄子的中国测试指南为参考,通过种植实验,研究了不同来源的89份茄子种质资源的多样性。与此同时对中国茄子测试指南的优化问题进行分析,并讨论了市场上普遍存在的同名异种的情况,为茄子育种的方向和目标提供了参考。本研究表明:5个数量性状的变异系数小于20%,且性状‘植株∶高度’和‘主茎∶长度’极显著正相关;‘果实∶纵径’与‘果实∶横径’极显著负相关、与果形指数极显著正相关,此结果支持将‘果实∶纵径’作为分组性状;质量性状和假质量性状的分析表明收集到的材料能很好地分布在各个表达代码;聚类分析研究中,将测试材料分为3组,第一组的主要特征为果皮紫色,第二组的主要特征为主茎颜色为绿色或者浅绿色,其余的为第三组。In this paper,89 eggplant materials from different sources were studied based on the Chinese test guideline.At the same time,we analyzed the optimization problem of Chinese test guideline;and we also discussed the common situation of different varieties with the same name in the market,which provides a reference for the direction and goal of eggplant breeding.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of the five quantitative characters were less than 20%,and there was a significant positive correlation between the’plant∶height’and the’main stem∶length’.There was a significant negative correlation between the’fruit∶length’and the’fruit∶diameter’,a signifi cant positive correlation between the’fruit∶length’and the’fruit:ratio length/diameter’,these results support to use the character of’fruit∶length’as a grouping variety.The analysis of quality and pseudo-quality characters showed that the collected materials were well distributed among the expression codes.In cluster analysis,the test materials were divided into three groups:the main characteristics of the first group are purple skin of fruit.The main characteristics of the second group are green or light green of the stem.All the rest are in the third group.
