摘  要:将36只体质量相近的12日龄皖西白鹅随机分为4组,分别设为对照组(饲喂鹅饲料)、桑叶粉组(1 kg饲料中添加40 g桑叶粉)、低DNJ组(1 kg饲料中添加2.8 g桑叶DNJ提取物)和高DNJ组(1 kg饲料中添加14 g桑叶DNJ提取物),室内笼养(1只/笼)4周后,调查鹅生长性能、血脂、肝脏脂质代谢相关酶活性和代谢产物含量。结果显示,桑叶粉组和DNJ组鹅体质量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);桑叶粉组和高DNJ组鹅平均日增重极显著小于对照组(P<0.01),料重比极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),显著高于低DNJ组(P<0.05);桑叶粉组和DNJ组鹅肌肉中脂肪含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),饲料中DNJ含量越高则肌肉脂肪含量越少;桑叶粉组和DNJ组鹅肝脏中脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)活性极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);DNJ组鹅肝脏中酰基辅酶A氧化酶(ACO)活性极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),桑叶粉组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);桑叶粉组和DNJ组鹅肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量和丙二醛(MDA)含量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),异前列腺素(8-iso-PG)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综合以上结果认为,桑叶粉和桑叶DNJ提取物通过抑制FAS活性,降低雏鹅体内脂肪生成量,进而影响体质量增长速率;添饲桑叶粉或桑叶DNJ提取物有利于鹅机体保持良好的氧化还原状态;DNJ是桑叶中影响雏鹅脂质代谢的重要物质。Thirty-six Wanxi White geese of 12 days old with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group(fed with normal goose diet),mulberry leaf powder group(fed with 40 g mulberry leaf powder in 1 kg goose diet),low DNJ group(fed with 2.8 g DNJ extract in 1 kg goose diet)and high DNJ group(fed with 14 g DNJ extract in 1 kg goose diet).The experimental geese were raised in cages(1 goose per cage)for 4 weeks to test the growth performance,serum lipid,activity of enzymes related to lipid metabolism,and content of metabolites in the liver.The results showed that goose weight in mulberry leaf powder group and DNJ groups were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Average daily gain of goose in mulberry leaf powder group and high DNJ group were extremely significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01),while feed to gain ratios were extremely significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and significantly higher than that in low DNJ group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,fat content of goose muscle in mulberry leaf powder group and DNJ groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the higher the DNJ concentration was in the diet,the lower the fat content of goose muscle was.In addition,activity of fatty acid synthetase(FAS)in goose liver extremely significantly reduced in mulberry leaf powder and DNJ groups(P<0.01).Activity of acyl coenzyme A oxidase(ACO)in livers in DNJ groups was extremely significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01),and that in mulberry leaf powder group was significantly lower than that in control group(P>0.05).Besides,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,contents of glutathione(GSH)and malondialdehyde(MDA)extremely significantly declined(P<0.01),and 8-iso-prostaglandina(8-iso-PG)content in goose liver significantly declined(P<0.05)in mulberry leaf powder group and DNJ groups.All above results indicated that mulberry leaf powder and DNJ could lower down the fat content in gosling by inhibiting the activity of FAS,thus affect the growth rate of body gain.Fee
