摘　　要：目的:通过对锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)影像资料进行回顾性分析,研究中国儿童第二乳磨牙的牙根和根管形态特征。方法:对绵阳市中医医院口腔科84名儿童的210颗第二乳磨牙的CT图像进行分析,记录牙根数目、根管数目以及Vertucci分型。结果:88颗上颌第二乳磨牙表现为3个(96.59%)或4个牙根(3.41%);122颗下颌第二乳磨牙表现为2个(77.05%)或3个牙根(22.95%)。上颌第二乳磨牙根管类型主要为I型,下颌主要为IV型。上颌第二乳磨牙腭侧双根多为单侧出现,而下颌第二乳磨牙的根管形态具有左右对称性。结论:第二乳磨牙的牙根数目、根管数目、分型均具有表现多样、个体差异大等特点,根管治疗前需要掌握其常见形态类型,治疗过程中需要仔细探查,方能提高根管治疗的成功率。Objective:The present study was carried out to assess the root and canal morphology of second primary molars in Chinese children population by retrospective analysis of cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)images.Methods:Images from 84 Chinese children,with 210 second primary molars,were analyzed.The number of roots,the number and length of root canals,and the canal configuration according to Vertucci’s classification were determined.Results:Maxillary second primary molars had three(96.59%)or four roots(3.41%),while the mandibular second primary molars had two(77.05%)or three roots(22.95%).The roots of maxillary molars were mainly represented by the type I,while that of the mandible molars were type IV.The palatal double roots of maxillary second molars were mostly unilateral,while the root canal morphology of mandibular second molars was symmetrical.Conclusion:The root number,root canal number and classification of the second molars are characterized by diverse manifestations and large individual differences.It is necessary to master the common root canal types before root canal treatment,and to carefully probe during the treatment process,in order to improve the success rate of root canal treatment.
