摘  要:以某邻近历史保护建筑的深基坑工程为载体,探索了一种将新型劲性水泥土搅拌桩围护与顶板逆作相结合的施工方法。经过有限元数值模拟和现场实测数据验证,该方法可有效降低深基坑施工对周边建筑的影响,起到保护重要建筑的作用,可在类似工程中进一步加以推广应用。Taking a deep foundation pit adjacent to a historical protected building as a carrier,this paper explores a construction method combined with a new type of stiff cement soil mixing pile support and the top plate reverse construction.Through the verification of finite element numerical simulation and field measured data,the method can effectively reduce the impact of deep foundation pit construction on surrounding buildings,play the role in protecting important buildings and can be further promoted and applied in similar projects.
