摘  要:以宁波栎社国际机场三期扩建工程——T2航站楼为例,针对其大跨度空间曲面屋盖的特点,对比优选了“楼层分区拼装,累积整体提升”的方案,通过合理的单元分区以及合理设置提升吊点等措施,确保了提升的同步性。同时,对整体提升过程各工况进行仿真分析,预先调整控制提升安装过程中的结构变形、应力状态,从而确保了屋盖结构在提升安装过程中的稳定性和安全性。Taking terminal T2 of Ningbo Lishe International Airport Phase III expansion project as an example,according to the characteristics of its large span spatial curved roof,the scheme of"floor partition assembly and cumulative overall lifting"is compared and optimized.Through reasonable unit partition and reasonable setting of lifting points,the synchronization of lifting is ensured.At the same time,the simulation analysis of the whole lifting process is carried out,and the structural deformation and stress state in the lifting and installation process are adjusted and controlled in advance,so as to ensure the stability and safety of the roof structure in the lifting and installation process.
