摘 要:受制于现场条件,大跨度钢网架往往存在采用常规安装方法不适用的问题。结合某大跨度干煤棚筒壳网架安装实践,研究总结出一种中间起步单元整体抬吊与两侧高空悬拼的组合施工技术。重点阐述了起步单元拼装阶段划分、吊点设置、安装精度控制等措施。实践证明,该技术能有效解决网架安装与内部设备安装无法同时进行的问题,可满足各项技术质量指标,保证了网架施工安全,并使其施工成本得到有效降低。Restricted by the site conditions,the large-span steel grid often has the problem that the conventional installation method is not applicable.Combined with the installation practice of a large-span dry coal shed cylindrical shell grid structure,a combined construction technology of integral lifting of the middle starting unit and high-altitude suspended assembly on both sides is studied and summarized.This paper focuses on the assembly stage division of starting unit,lifting point setting,installation accuracy control and other measures.Practice shows that the technology can effectively solve the problem that the installation of grid structure and internal equipment can not be carried out at the same time.It can meet the technical quality indicators,ensure the construction safety of grid structure,and effectively reduce the construction cost.
