使用泰万菌素治疗鸡胚中鸡滑液支原体的效果试验

摘　　要：为了解泰万菌素对鸡胚中鸡滑液支原体(MS)的治疗效果,本试验将鸡滑液支原体分别以106.0变色单位(CCU)和105.0 CCU感染15日龄SPF鸡胚,并对感染后鸡胚注射泰万菌素和泰妙菌素,统计入孵蛋健雏率和孵化雏鸡肺脏感染情况。结果显示,无论MS以高剂量或低剂量感染SPF鸡胚,用药组入孵蛋健雏率均高于MS对照组,且MS+泰万菌素组效果优于MS+泰妙菌素组。对雏鸡肺脏支原体含量进行检测,MS对照组为24.8±0.84 CCU/0.1 mL,用药组为21.6~22.0 CCU/0.1 mL,二者差异显著。表明使用泰万菌素对被感染的种蛋进行治疗,可增加健雏率,减少雏鸡肺脏支原体含量,对种鸡场的净化有重要意义。In order to study the therapeutic effect of tylvalosin on Mycoplasma synovialis(MS)in chicken embryos,15-day-old SPF chicken embryos were infected with 106.0 color changing units(CCU)and 105.0 CCU respectively,and 24 h later tylvalosin and tiamulin were injection.The percentage of healthy chicks and the content of MS in lungs were counted.The results showed that whether MS infection with high or low doses,the incubation rate of healthy chicks in the treatment groups was higher than the MS control group,and the effect of MS+tylvalosin group was better than the MS+tiamulin group.The content of MS in lungs of MS control group was 24.8±0.84 CCU/0.1 mL and the treatment groups was 21.6~22.0 CCU/0.1 mL.The results indicate that the treatment of infected eggs with tylvalosin could increase the incubation rate of healthy chicks and decrease the content of Mycoplasma in the lungs,which is of great significance to the purification of chick farms.
