摘　　要：为探讨泡囊短波单胞菌对鲫鱼的各组织的病理性损伤,用从患病黄颡鱼分离的泡囊短波单胞菌人工感染鲫鱼。对感染鱼的肝脏、心脏、肾脏、脾脏、肌肉组织进行取材固定、H.E.染色,制作病理组织切片。被感染鱼的临床症状主要表现为烂尾、鱼鳍基部出血溃烂、腹部肿胀出血、肛门红肿和鱼嘴出血。组织切片病理变化主要表现在肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、肌肉和心脏,出现肿胀、充血、变性、坏死和炎性细胞浸润等病理变化。本试验为探讨泡囊短波单胞菌对鱼的致病机制提供科学资料。In order to investigate the pathological damage of Brevundimonas vesicularis on Carassius auratus tissues.Carassius auratus was artificially infected with Brevundimonas vesicularis isolated from sick Pelteobagrus fulvidraco.The liver,heart,kidney,spleen and muscle of infected fish were fixed,and then stained with H.E.for pathological tissue sections.The Clinical symptoms of infected fish were mainly manifested in caudal decay,bleeding and ulceration of the fin base,abdominal swelling and bleeding,anal redness and swelling,and hyperemia of the fish mouth.The pathological changes of tissue sections were mainly manifested in liver,spleen,kidney,muscle and heart.All the pathological changes were swelling,congestion,degeneration,necrosis and inflammatory cell infiltration.This study provides scientific data for the pathogenic mechanism of Brevundimonas vesicularis on fish.
