不同发芽床对陈旧洋葱种子发芽能力的影响

摘　　要：本文研究了不同储藏时间的洋葱种子,在不同发芽床上发芽情况。结果表明:新种子在纸床、沙床发芽率无显著差异,且均可真实反映大田实际应用的发芽情况;存储三年的陈种子在沙床发芽率更接近大田种植情况,要优于纸床测得的发芽率,但差异不显著;而存储五年的陈种子,纸床测定的发芽率已明显低于大田种植的测定值,建议陈洋葱种子用沙床作为发芽床。This paper studied the germination of onion seeds with different storage time and different germination beds.The results show that there is no significant difference in the germination rate of the new seeds in the paper bed and sand bed,and they can truly reflect the germination of the field application.The germination rate of the old seeds stored for three years in the sand bed is closer to the field planting situation,which is better than paper.The germination rate was measured by the bed,but the difference was not significant;while the germination rate measured by the paper bed for the five-year-old Chen seeds was significantly lower than the measured value of the field planting.It is recommended to use the sand bed as the germination bed for the onion seeds.
