摘  要:双一流建设背景下高校研究生心理压力面临很多问题,重视研究生心理健康是培养高素质研究生人才的必然要求。以南京六所高校为样本,采取问卷调查和统计学方法,发现南京高校研究生心理压力主要在于学习科研压力、就业压力、家庭生活方面。大多数研究生能够积极面对压力,选择倾诉或者自我调适缓解压力。从高校、研究生导师、研究生个人三个层面提出相应的对策,高校应该积极开展研究生心理健康教育,建设相应的研究生心理教育制度和文化环境。充分发挥研究生导师立德树人的使命。重视研究生自我教育,有效进行心理解压。In the background of the double-class construction,there are many problems in the psychological pressure of the graduate students,and it is necessary to pay attention to the mental health of the graduate students to train high-quality graduate students.Taking six universities in Nanjing as a sample,a questionnaire and a statistical method were adopted to find that the psychological pressure of the graduate students in Nanjing was mainly in the study of the pressure of scientific research,the pressure of employment and the family life.Most graduate students are able to respond positively to stress,choose to talk or self-adapt to relieve stress.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the three aspects of the university,the postgraduates and the postgraduates.Universities should actively carry out mental health education for graduate students and construct the corresponding psychological education system and cultural environment for graduate students. Give full play to the mission of graduate tutor Lideshuren. Attach importance to graduate self-education and effectively carry out psychological pressure relief.
