摘　　要：生产实习是高等学校工科专业重要的实践环节,是学生获得生产认识的第一次主动尝试,对学生的知识体系、专业认知、择业导向都具有十分重要的意义。本文以西南大学材料与能源学院金属材料专业为例,剖析现有生产实习教学模式的主要问题,总结建设有专业特色的实习教学体系的改革措施,探索实践和创新能力兼备的新工科复合人才的培养策略。Production practice is an important part of the teaching program in the major relating to engineering and also the first initiative for students to obtain practical knowledge,exerting significant influences on knowledge hierarchy,professional cognition,and career orientation.In this work,we discuss the difficulties encountered in the teaching of production practice,summarize the reform measures to construct the teaching system for production practice with professional characteristics,and explore the development strategy for the cultivation of inter-disciplinary talents with practice and innovation ability.
