摘  要:针对FTA(故障树模型)和GERT(图示评审技术)的特点,构建FTA-GERT网络模型,用于描述故障转移状态并可计算网络中的各种概率分布数字特征.考虑复杂装备系统级试验和组件级试验的特点,将该模型运用于可靠性增长评估中,构建可靠性增长FTA-GERT网络模型,将组件级试验数据信息融合后进行系统级可靠性增长评估.通过一个算例说明该模型在可靠性增长中的应用,将组件级试验数据传递为系统级数据.最后,在只知组件级累积失效数据的情况下,传递得到系统级累积失效数据表,并运用Duane模型对该系统进行了可靠性增长的分析,证明所建模型的高效性和实用性.According to the characteristics of FTA(Fault Tree Analysis)and GERT(Graphical Evaluation Review Technique),the FTA-GERT network model is constructed to describe the fault transition state and calculate various probability distribution digital features in the network.In this paper,considering the characteristics of system tests and component tests of complex equipment,the FTA-GERT network model of reliability growth is constructed to evaluate the systematic reliability growth which allows information fusion of component test data.An example is given to illustrate the application of the model in reliability growth which can transfer component test data to system test data.Finally,given the component cumulative failure data,the system level cumulative failure data table is obtained.The reliability growth of the system is analyzed by using Duane model,which proves the efficiency and practicability of the model.
