颅内血肿微创抽吸术治疗高血压脑出血中预见性护理的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理在颅内血肿微创抽吸术治疗高血压脑出血患者中的效果。方法选取华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院201904—12收治的高血压脑出血行颅内血肿微创抽吸术患者65例为研究对象,随机分为实验组32例和对照组33例。对照组给予脑出血的常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予预见性护理。比较2组护理不良事件发生率、并发症发生率、生活质量得分及满意度得分情况。结果实验组护理不良事件发生率(χ2=6.49,P<0.05)及并发症发生率(χ2=11.13,P<0.05)均低于对照组,而生活质量得分(t=11.18,P<0.05)及满意度得分(χ2=16.33,P<0.05)均高于对照组。结论预见性护理可有效地预防高血压脑出血行颅内血肿微创抽吸术患者护理不良事件的发生,减少并发症,提高患者的生活质量及满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in the intracranial hematoma minimally invasive suction aspiration in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods Sixty five patients admitted to our department with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treatment who undergoing intracranial hematoma minimally invasive suction from April to December 2019 were selected as study objects,and were randomly divided into experimental group(32 cases)and control group(33 cases).The control group was given routine nursing of cerebral hemorrhage,and the experimental group was given predictive nursing on this basis.The incidence of nursing adverse events,disease complications,quality of life scores and satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse nursing events(χ2=6.49,P<0.05)and the incidence of disease complications(χ2=11.13,P<0.05)were lower in the experimental group than in the control group.The scores of life quality(t=11.18,P<0.05)and satisfaction(χ2=16.33,P<0.05)were improved compared with the control group.Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively prevent hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who undergoing intracranial hematoma minimally invasive suction patients’nursing adverse events,reduce complications,and improve patients’life quality and satisfaction.
