中医结合食疗对预防脏器病变的疗效论述

摘　　要：中医结合食疗在我国已经存在近千年的历史,主要是指在中医药学的理论指导下,通过探究食物的特性,治疗人体产生的疾病,维持身体健康。我国的中医结合食疗法已经发展很多年,是我国中医学重要的组成部分,医疗与食物之间存在着非常亲密的关系,食可治病,药可助食。中医结合食疗不仅能够治疗疾病,同时对预防人体脏器病变也具有重要意义。作为我国中医药学中非常具有代表性的一门学科,鉴于我国中医药学的深厚底蕴,越来越多的学者开始思考和发掘其中的理论,到现在形成的中医结合食疗已经被广泛应用于临床疗养康复,以及预防重要脏器病变中。本文总结回顾了中医结合食疗的研究进展,分析了中医结合食疗近几年在理论、应用以及临床实践等方面的新成果,同时对中医结合食疗未来的发展进行美好展望。Integrated Chinese medicine diet therapy has a history of nearly a thousand years in our country.It mainly refers to exploring the characteristics of food under the theoretical guidance of Chinese medicine to treat human diseases and maintain health.Traditional Chinese medicine combined diet therapy has been developed for many years,and it is an important part of Chinese medicine.There is a very close relationship between medical treatment and food.Food can cure diseases and medicine can help food.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and diet therapy can not only treat diseases,but also have important significance in preventing human organ diseases.As a very representative subject of Chinese medicine in China,more and more scholars have begun to think about and explore the theories in view of the profound foundation of Chinese medicine in China.The integrated diet therapy of Chinese medicine has been widely used in clinical recuperation.Rehabilitation and prevention of important organ diseases.This article summarizes and reviews the research progress of integrated traditional Chinese medicine diet,analyzes the new achievements in theory,application and clinical practice of integrated traditional Chinese medicine diet in recent years,and presents a bright prospect for the future development of integrated traditional Chinese medicine diet.
