葛桂参蛭汤佐治风寒袭络型缺血性中风先兆临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨葛桂参蛭汤佐治风寒袭络型缺血性中风先兆的临床疗效及对患者凝血功能和神经功能的影响。方法选取医院2018年8月至2019年8月收治的风寒袭络型缺血性中风先兆患者120例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各60例。两组患者均给予中风的基础治疗,对照组患者加服通脉舒络胶囊,试验组患者加服葛桂参蛭汤。两组均持续治疗2周。结果试验组总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的78.33%(P <0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间均显著长于对照组,纤维蛋白原及血清同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白水平及临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表评分均显著低于对照组,日常生活能力评定量表评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率相当(16.67%比11.67%,χ~2=0.617,P=0.432> 0.05)。结论葛桂参蛭汤佐治风寒袭络型缺血性中风先兆,能改善患者的凝血功能,恢复其神经功能,改善生活质量。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Geguishenzhi Decoction for patients with the omen of wind cold attacking collaterals type ischemic stroke of and its effect on coagulation function and nerve function.Methods A total of 120 cases of wind cold attack collateral type ischemic stroke treated in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into the experimental group and control group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment for stroke;the control group was given Tongmai Shuluo Capsules,and the experimantal group was given Geguishenzhi Decoction.Both groups received continuous treatment for 2 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.67%,which was higher than 78.33% of the control group( P < 0.05).After treatment,the prothrombin time( PT),activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT) and thrombin time( TT) in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of fibri-nogen( Fib),serum homocysteine( HCY),C-reactive protein( CRP),and the clinical neurological deficit score scale( CSS) scores were significantly lower than those of the control group,the ability of daily living assessment scale( ADL) score was significantly higher than the control group( P < 0.05);the occurrences of adverse reaction in the two groups were equivalent( 16.67% vs.11.67%,χ~2 = 0.617,P =0.432 > 0.05).Conclusion Geguishenzhi Decoction for patients with the omen of wind cold attacking collaterals type ischemic stroke can improve the coagulation function index,recover the nerve function,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
