摘　　要：[目的/意义]提高混合战争背景下科技情报工作的战略定位有利于促进科技情报事业的发展,有利于国家的安全与发展。[方法/过程]分析了混合战争成为大国竞争主要战争模式的原因;论述了科技情报成为国家安全情报重要组成部分的全新战略定位;指出了提高科技情报工作战略定位的路径。[结果/结论]科技情报工作能够为混合战争提供全面、精准的情报支撑;要想赢得混合战,首先需要赢得科技情报战。科技情报应该坚持引领国家安全决策、面向经济主战场、深耕科技发展领域等工作理念,提高混合战争时代科技情报工作的战略定位。[Purpose/significance]Improving the strategic orientation of S&T intelligence is conducive to promoting the development of S&T intelligence and national security and development.[Method/process]This paper analyzes the reasons why hybrid war has become the main mode of great power competition,discusses the new strategic position of S&T intelligence,and pointes out the ways of improving the strategic positioning.[Result/conclusion]S&T intelligence provides comprehensive and accurate intelligence support for hybrid war.S&T intelligence work should guide the national security decision-making,facing the main economic battlefield,and deepening the scientific and technological development.
