摘　　要：[目的/意义]以多主体参与、突破领域限制、融合多种手段为特征的混合战争给情报工作带来巨大的挑战。混合战争背景下,需要审视情报工作面临的问题,思考解决的方案。[方法/过程]介绍了混合战争理论的发展与实践,分析了混合战争的特征及其给情报工作带来的影响,探讨了未来情报工作的发展方向和路径。[结果/结论]面向混合战争,情报工作需要在情报理念、情报生产力、情报共同体构建等方面提升情报工作能力。[Purpose/significance]Hybrid war,which was characterized lots of participation,breakthrough of field limitation and integration of multiple means,brings great challenges to intelligence work.Under the hybrid war,we need to think about the problems of intelligence work and offer solutions.[Method/process]This paper introduces the development and practice of hybrid war theory,analyzes the characteristics of hybrid war and its influence on intelligence work,and probes into the development direction and path of future intelligence work.[Result/conclusion]Under the hybrid war,intelligence work needs to improve intelligence concept,intelligence ability,intelligence productivity and intelligence community construction.
