摘  要:[目的/意义]"搜索即学习"是近年来信息搜索行为研究领域的一个热门话题。文章主要探讨信息搜索过程中认知风格和自我效能如何对用户的学习行为投入产生影响,以此来理解信息搜索用户的相关学习机理,用以支持学习活动的搜索系统的设计。[方法/过程]将信息搜索用户的行为投入细化为检索投入、阅读投入和记录投入三个阶段,并分别依据场依存—场独立理论和信息素养自我效能量表对用户的认知风格和自我效能进行测度,通过设计搜索实验获取30名被试的搜索行为各项指标,探索认知风格自我效能对信息搜索用户学习行为投入的影响作用。[结果/结论]认知风格影响信息搜索用户的阅读投入和记录投入,自我效能则主要影响信息搜索用户的检索投入,并且两者对用户的唯一检索式数量产生交互影响。对于搜索用户,应强调对学习目标内容的辨识和思考,明确检索主题,提升信息筛选与甄别能力;对于搜索系统,宜考虑便于用户在浏览页面过程中对搜索内容进行标记的相关功能设计。[Purpose/significance]"Search as learning"is a trending topic in the field of information search behaviors in recent years.This paper mainly explores how cognitive style and self-efficacy influence users’learning behavioral engagement during information search,so as to understand the relevant learning mechanism of information search users and design the search system to support learning activities.[Method/process]In this paper,the behavioral engagement of information search users was divided into three stages:retrieving engagement,reading engagement and recording engagement.And the cognitive style and self-efficacy were measured respectively according to the Field Dependent/Field Independent Theory and ILSES.A search experiment was designed to obtain the search behavior indicators of 30 users to explore the influences of cognitive style and self-efficacy on users’learning behavioral engagement.[Result/conclusion]Results indicated that the cognitive style mainly influences users’reading engagement and recording engagement,while self-efficacy mainly influences users’retrieving engagement,and both of them have interactive effects on the number of unique retrieval of users.For searchers,they should emphasize the identification and thinking of learning target content should be emphasized,and the retrieval topic should be clarified,and the ability of information screening should be improved;As for the search system,it is advisable to consider the design of related functions that facilitate users to mark the search content during browsing SERPs.
