摘　　要：以我院近期收治的瘢痕妊娠出血休克合并弥散性血管内出血患者1例为研究对象,对其实施髂内动脉结扎术、子宫动脉结扎术、瘢痕组织切除缝合术,治疗干预后,患者的血常规与凝血常规状态均得到优化,术后血红蛋白较快恢复正常水平。One patient with scar pregnancy hemorrhagic shock and disseminated intravascular bleeding recently admitted to our hospital was taken as the research object.The internal iliac artery ligation,uterine artery ligation,and scar tissue resection and suture were performed.After the above interventions,the patient's blood routine and coagulation routine status were optimized,and hemoglobin level returned to normal quickly after surgery.
