摘　　要：新生儿接种乙肝疫苗后影响乙肝表面抗原检测的病例临床上较罕见,容易给临床和家属带来困惑。本院收治1例接种乙肝疫苗出现表面抗原阳性的病例,1周后复查HBsAg为0.00 IU/ml,表面抗体强阳性。It is very rare that the detection of HBsAg in newborns is interfered by hepatitis B vaccine,which brings confusion to clinic and family members.Now we report a case treated in our hospital.
