摘  要:目的联合运用半导体激光和果酸治疗轻中度痤疮,研究分析其临床疗效及安全性。方法采用简单化随机分组的方法将本所2017年1月至2018年1月期间就诊的90例轻中度痤疮患者进行分组,分为半导体激光组(简称激光组)、果酸组、半导体激光与果酸联合治疗组(简称联合组),每组30例。激光组采用MeDioStar半导体激光进行治疗,果酸组采用薇诺娜果酸进行治疗,联合组采用MeDioStar半导体激光和薇诺娜果酸联合治疗。激光组和果酸组均每2周1次,共治疗4次;联合组在果酸治疗1周后采用半导体激光治疗,果酸治疗和激光治疗各4次。采用自身前后对照观察每组治疗效果,并比较3组治疗方案的疗效差异。结果联合组治疗有效率为93.3%,激光组治疗有效率为66.7%,果酸组治疗有效率为70.0%,联合组治疗有效率均高于其他两组,三组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.545,P=0.038)。结论半导体激光联合果酸治疗轻中度痤疮能提高疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of semi-conductor laser and alpha hydroxy acid in the treatment of mild and moderate acne.Methods 90 patients with mild and moderate acne in our institute from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly the semiconductor laser group(referred to as the laser group),the alpha hydroxy acid group,and the semiconductor laser and alpha hydroxy acid treatment group(referred to as the combined group),with 30 patients in each group.The laser group was treated with MeDioStar semiconductor laser,the alpha hydroxy acid group was treated with Winona alpha hydroxy acid,and the combined group was treated with MeDioStar semiconductor laser and Winona alpha hydroxy acid.Laser group and alpha hydroxy acid group were treated once every two weeks,a total of 4 times,and in the combined group semiconductor laser treatment began at one week after alpha hydroxy acid treatment,a total of 4 times of alpha hydroxy acid treatment and 4 times of laser treatment.The therapeutic effect of each group was observed by self-comparison before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect difference of the three groups was compared.Results The effective rate was 93.3%in the combined group,66.7%in the laser group,70.0%in the alpha hydroxy acid group,and that in the combined group was higher than those in the other two groups(χ^2=6.545,P=0.038).Conclusion Semiconductor laser combined with alpha hydroxy acid can improve the curative effect of mild and moderate acne.
