摘　　要：目的研究自制中药封包联合体外电热疗机治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的效果。方法Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者作为本次研究对象,共200例,根据其入院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组应用自制中药封包联合体外电热疗机治疗,对照组应用体外电热疗机治疗。对比两组各项临床指标、护理满意度以及心理状态评分。结果观察组疼痛或不适(0.71±0.32)分、排尿(4.12±1.32)分、生活质量(4.12±1.64)分、NIH-CPSI总分(14.54±1.32)分,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑(6.52±1.64)分、抑郁(6.33±1.12)分,低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论Ⅲ型前列腺炎采用联合治疗效果显著,值得研究和推广。Objective To study the effect of self-made Chinese medicine bags combined with external electrothermal therapy for typeⅢprostatitis.Methods 200 patients with typeⅢprostatitis were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the admission order,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine bags and by the external electrothermal therapy machine,and the control group were treated by the external electrothermal therapy machine.The clinical indicators,nursing satisfaction,and psychological states of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of pain or discomfort,micturition,quality of life,and NIH-CPSI were(0.71±0.32),(4.12±1.32),(4.12±1.64),and(14.54±1.32)in the observation group,with statistical differences from those in the control group(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression were(6.52±1.64)and(6.33±1.12)in the observation group,which were lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment for typeⅢprostatitis is effective and worthy of study and promotion.
