摘　　要：目的通过分析不同程度乳糜血浆中TP-Ab检测的影响因素,探讨乳糜血浆检测结果的可靠性。方法在阴性乳糜血浆中加入定量TP-Ab阳性血液,采用ELISA法检测乳糜血浆中TP-Ab。结果乳糜指数分别为2、3、4、5、6、8及>8与无乳糜指数(≤1)(1.876±0.209)比较,(±s)分别为(1.854±0.264)、(1.775±0.285)、(1.748±0.144)、(1.650±0.276)、(1.846±0.225)、(1.841±0.480)及(1.670±0.474),不同乳糜程度血浆TP-Ab检测结果差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。不同乳糜程度血浆放置时间不同,TP-Ab检测结果有差异:放置时间延长,检测结果升高,第1天与第3天比较,(±s)分别为(1.876±0.209)和(1.919±0.194),3 d内检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);放置第5天,仅乳糜指数2和4的(±s)为(1.780±0.342)及(1.801±0.286),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他不同乳糜指数血浆(±s)分别为(1.697±0.280)、(1.934±0.363)、(2.156±0.308)、(2.013±0.470)及(1.871±0.526),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);第7天和第10天,检测结果差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论不同程度乳糜血浆TP-Ab检测结果无差异;乳糜血浆3 d内检测TP-Ab结果可靠,5 d后检测结果差异有统计学意义。Objective To explore the reliability of detection results of TP-Ab in chylous plasma by analyzing the influencing factors of TP-Ab detection in chylous plasma of different degrees.Methods TP-Ab positive blood was added to negative chylous plasma.TP-Ab in chylous plasma was detected by ELLSA.Results When the chylous index≤1,the(±s)was(1.876±0.209);when the chylous indexes were 2,3,4,5,6,8,and>8,the(±s)were(1.854±0.264),(1.775±0.285),(1.748±0.144),(1.650±0.276),(1.846±0.225),(1.841±0.480),ans(1.670±0.474),which were not statistically different from that when the chylous index≤1(all P>0.05).The placement time of plasma samples with different chylous degrees was different,there were differences in the TP-Ab results;the test results increased with the prolongation of storage time;the(±s)was(1.876±0.209)on the first day and was(1.919±0.194)on the third day,with no statistical difference(P>0.05);on the fifth day,when the chylous indexes were 2 and 4,the(±s)were(1.780±0.342)and(1.801±0.286),with no statistical difference,and the chylous indexes were 3,5,6,8,and>8,the(±s)were(1.697±0.280),(1.934±0.363),(2.156±0.308),(2.013±0.470),and(1.871±0.526),with statistical differences(all P<0.05).On day 7 and 10,there statistical differences in the test results(all P<0.05).Conclusion Test results of TP-Ab in chylous plasma of different degrees are different;TP-Ab results in chylous plasma within three days are reliable;afiter 5 days,the test results are statistically different.
