摘　　要：目的分析双石通淋胶囊治疗慢性盆腔疼痛综合症(CPPS)的临床效果。方法本次研究的方法采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的常规研究方法。选取CPPS患者(根据美国国立卫生研究院NIH的分类标准确诊为CPPS)200例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。经过6周的治疗后进行NIH-CPSI评分。结果治疗组治愈率20%,改善率83%;对照组治愈率10%,改善率70%;两组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论采用双石通淋胶囊治疗CPPS安全有效。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Shuangshi Tonglin capsules in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CPPS).Methods This was a randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled conventional study.200 patients diagnosed with CPPS according to NIH classification criteria were randomly assigned to a treatment group and a control group.The clinical efficacies were assessed after 6 weeks’treatment using NIH-CPSI.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 20%,and the effective rate was 83%;in the control group,the cure rate was 10%,and the effective rate was 70%;there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P=0.012).Conclusion Shuangshi Tonglin capsules for CPPS is safe and effective.
