摘　　要：目的探索学龄前儿童身体活动研究的国际发展新趋势与研究热点。方法以"Web of science"核心集数据库中所收录的1716篇相关文献作为研究对象,利用CiteSpace软件生成知识图谱并进行分析。结果学龄前儿童身体活动的研究从1988年兴起,经历了萌芽、稳定增长和快速增长期3个阶段。目前,该领域的发文量以美国、澳大利亚、英国为主体,主要发文机构为"迪肯大学""伍伦贡大学"以及"根特大学";主要发文者为"Okely AD""Hinkley T""Salmon J",研究方向以"学龄前儿童""身体活动""加速度计""评估问卷""愉快学习""家长调查"为关键词。该领域是从"公共、环境卫生""心理学""内分泌与代谢"等学科的基础上发展起来,近几年融入了"神经科学""心理实验学"等学科;学科主要关键词为"学龄前儿童""身体活动""肥胖""超重""身体成分"等。结论学龄前儿童身体活动的研究热点主要集中在学龄前儿童身体活动和运动能力的研究、身体活动建议的研究以及超重、肥胖的学龄前儿童身体活动情况的测量及预防研究3个方面。与神经科学、心理学等多学科的交叉、融合以及建立多国家、多中心的交流合作是该领域国际发展新趋势。Objective To explore new trends and research hotspots in the study of physical activity of preschool children.Methods 1716 related documents included in the"Web of science"core set database were used as research objects,and the CiteSpace software was used to generate knowledge maps and analyze them.Results The study of physical activity in preschool children began in 1988 and experienced three stages of germination,steady growth and rapid growth.At present,the number of publications in this field is mainly in the United States,Australia,and the United Kingdom.The main publications are"Dickon University","Wollongong University"and"Ghent University";the main authors are"Okely AD"and"Hinkley T"."Salmon J",the research direction is"preschool children","physical activities","accelerometer","assessment questionnaire","happy learning","parent survey"as the key words.The field is developed on the basis of"public,environmental health","psychology","endocrinology and metabolism"and other disciplines.In recent years,it has been integrated into the disciplines of"neurological science"and"psychological experimentation";the main key of the discipline The words are"preschool children","physical activity","obesity","overweight","body composition"and so on.Conclusion The research focus of preschool children’s physical activity focuses on the study of physical activity and exercise capacity of preschool children,the study of physical activity recommendations,and the physical activity and prevention research of overweight and obese preschool children.Cross-disciplinary integration with neuroscience,psychology,and multi-disciplinary exchanges and cooperation is a new trend in international development in this field.
