摘  要:随着微信公众号的普及,健身类微信公众号逐渐走进大众的视野。本文采用文献法、逻辑分析法、随机抽样法等研究方法,以全球健身中心、全球健身指南、囚徒健身、自重健身、全球健身号5个微信公众号为调查对象,通过探寻健身类公众号发展过程中存在的优势及突出的问题,旨在为健身类微信公众号的良性发展做出有益的探索。结论:健身类微信公众号所推送的内容过于狭窄,不能够因材施教;健身类微信公众号所发布的一些内容过于杂乱,太过标题化;没有与用户充分互动,未充分利用语音信息,无法纠正错误问题。建议:增加健身技能的易错动作的提醒与纠正、提高推送内容的质量,增加原创文章的数量、建立在线语音服务系统。With the popularity of WeChat official account,fitness WeChat official account has gradually entered the public’s field of vision.This paper adopts the methods of literature,logical analysis and random sampling.It takes five WeChat official account as global fitness center,global fitness guide,prisoner fitness,self weight fitness and global fitness.By exploring the advantages and outstanding problems in the development of fitness official account,It aims to make a beneficial exploration for the healthy development of fitness WeChat official account.Conclusion:the official account of WeChat fitness is too narrow to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Some of the contents of WeChat official account are too jumbled and too headline.They are not fully interactive with users,and do not make full use of voice information,so they can not correct the wrong questions.Suggestions:to increase the awareness and correction of error prone movements of fitness skills,improve the quality of push content,increase the number of original articles,and establish online voice service system.
