摘 要:目的探讨开放式运动技能练习对单纯性肥胖儿童执行功能的影响。方法选取三、四年级单纯性肥胖儿童52名,随机分为开放式运动技能实验组26人与常规体育教学对照组26人,实验组进行8周开放式运动技能练习干预,对照组进行8周常规体育教学练习。结果经过8周开放式运动技能练习后,实验组执行功能各子功能水平较干预前均有极其显著性提高;经过8周常规体育教学后,对照组转换功能水平较干预前有显著性提高,其他子功能水平均无显著性变化。组间性别差异均不显著。结论开放式运动技能练习能够显著提高单纯性肥胖儿童执行功能抑制、刷新、转换功能水平,无性别差异。Objective To explore the effect of open motor skills exercise on executive function in simple obese children.Methods Fiftytwo simple obese children in the third and fourth grades were randomly divided into the open motor skills experimental group(26)and the regular physical education teaching control group(26).The experimental group received 8 weeks of open motor skills training intervention,and the control group received 8 weeks of regular physical education teaching.Results After 8 weeks of open motor skills training,the executive function level of each sub-function in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that before intervention.After 8 weeks of regular physical education,the conversion function level of the control group was significantly improved compared with that before the intervention,while other sub-function levels were not significantly changed.Gender differences between groups were not significant.Conclusion Open motor skills training can significantly improve the executive function inhibition,refresh and conversion level of simple obesity children,without gender difference.
