摘 要:为紫薇优良彩叶品种选育及其园林栽培配置提供理论依据,以紫薇新品种红火球(Lagerstroemia indica Dynamite)和仑山1号(Lagerstroemia indica Lunshan 1)为材料,观测2个品种叶片颜色变化,并测定叶片内水分、叶绿素、花色素苷、总酚、类黄酮素、可溶性糖和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的含量,分析彩叶树种叶色和生理变化特性。结果表明:4-10月,红火球紫薇叶色变化过程为中等橄榄绿色-灰橄榄绿色-深黄绿色,仑山1号为灰橄榄绿色-暗红色-灰橄榄绿色-中等橄榄绿色-灰橄榄绿色-中等橄榄绿色,2个紫薇品种叶色差异主要由其自身生理差异所致;叶片含水量2个品种均为4月最高,接近75%;叶绿素含量2个品种均为8月最高,在18mg/g左右;类胡萝卜素红火球5月最高(1.85mg/g),仑山1号6月最高(1.52mg/g);红火球与仑山1号花色素苷、类黄酮及总酚的最高含量分别为2.2mg/g、1.18mg/g、1.34mg/g和3.2mg/g、1.09mg/g、1.31 mg/g,可溶性糖、含量及苯丙氨酸解氨酸活性最高值分别为10.4 mg/g、180.4mg/g和12.2mg/g、179.2mg/g。紫薇叶色深浅与叶片含水量呈正相关,与叶绿素含量呈负相关,与花色素苷与叶绿素的比值呈正相关;花色素苷含量越高,叶片越红;可溶性糖和苯丙氨酸解氨酶与花色素苷合成相关,其含量(活性)高低与叶片颜色深浅变化呈正相关性。In order to provide the theoretical basis for breeding excellent Lagerstroemia indica varieties with colored leaves and allocation of landscaping cultivation,Lagerstroemia indica Dynamite and Lagerstroemia indica Lunshan 1 were used as the experimental materials to observe the leaf color change,and determine the content of water,chlorophyll,anthocyanin,total phenols,flavonoids,soluble sugars and phenylalanine aminolase(PAL)in the leaves,and analyze the characteristics of leaf color and physiological change of colored tree species.Results:From April to October,the leaf color of Honghuoqiu varied in the process of medium olive green-gray olive green-dark yellow green,and that of Lunshan 1 varied in the process of gray olive green-dark red-gray olive green-medium olive green-gray olive greenmedium olive green,the difference in leaf color between the two varieties was mainly caused by their own physiological differences;The leaf water content of two varieties was highest in April(close to 75%);The chlorophyll content of two varieties was highest in August(around 18 mg/g);Carotenoid in Honghuoqiu and Lunshan 1 was highest in May(1.85 mg/g)and June(1.52 mg/g)respectively.The highest content of chromoside,flavonoid and total phenols in Honghuoqiu and Lunshan 1 was 2.2 mg/g,1.18 mg/g and1.34 mg/g,and 3.2 mg/g,1.09 mg/g and 1.31 mg/g separately.The highest value of soluble sugar content and PAL activity in Honghuoqiu and Lunshan 1 was 10.4 mg/g,180.4 mg/g and 12.2 mg/g and179.2 mg/g respectively.The change of leaf color was positively correlated with leaf water content,negatively correlated with chlorophyll content,and positively correlated with the ratio of anthocyanin to chlorophyll.The higher the content of chromoside,the redder the leaves;Soluble sugar and phenylalanine ammonia lyase were related to anthocyanin synthesis,and their content or activity was positively correlated with changes in leaf color.
