贵州省威宁县“光伏+农业”精准脱贫产业气候资源评估

摘　　要：为更好地利用贵州省威宁县的太阳能资源和农业气候资源,为"光伏+农业"精准脱贫产业发展提供参考,利用威宁县气象站2011-2015年逐月总辐射和1961-2019年逐月平均气温、日照时数和降水量资料,采用线性分析和空间分析等方法对威宁县"光伏+农业"精准脱贫产业的太阳能和农业气候资源进行评估。结果表明:威宁县年均温、日照时数和降水量分别为10.7℃、1700.6h和897.7mm;太阳能资源在4355~4900 MJ/m^2,达资源丰富等级;作物生长季内光能丰富、温凉湿润、降水充沛、热量略低,适宜春播马铃薯、苋菜、燕麦及药材等喜凉作物的生长,适宜发展"光伏+喜凉农作物"精准脱贫产业。In order to better utilize solar energy resource and agricultural climatic resource in Weining County of Guizhou Province,and to provide a reference for development of photovoltaic+agricultural targeted poverty alleviation industry,the solar energy and agricultural climate resource in photovoltaic+agricultural targeted poverty alleviation industry is assessed by using linear analysis and spatial analysis based on the data of total monthly radiation during 2011-2015 and monthly mean temperature,sunshine duration and precipitation during 1961-2019 recorded by Weining Meteorological Station.Result:The annual mean temperature,sunshine duration and precipitation in Weining County are 10.7℃,1700.6 h and 897.7 mm respectively.The solar energy resource is 4355-4900 MJ/m^2,which reaches the level of abundance.In the process of crop growing,it is of rich light,cool and wet,abundant precipitation,slightly lower heat,which is suitable for growth of cool-loving crops such as potato,amaranth,oat and medicinal materials in spring,and it is suitable for development of photovoltaic+cool-loving crops targeted poverty alleviation industry.
