摘　　要：有效测评文化产业与旅游业融合发展水平,推动两大产业协调高质量发展,对于促进甘肃经济结构转型升级和文化传承创新发展具有重要意义。选取甘肃省2012-2018年时间序列数据,基于物理学中的耦合理论构建耦合协调度模型,测评文化产业与旅游业的融合程度。研究发现:甘肃省文化产业和旅游业发展水平综合评价指数逐年攀升,文化产业发展速度快于旅游业;文化产业与旅游业处于高水平耦合阶段,两产业系统间协调发展水平稳步向好,由2012年严重失调状态最终平稳过渡到2018年优质协调阶段。为更好推动文旅深度融合高质量发展,必须构建文旅融合发展新格局,探索文旅融合发展新途径,培养高素质复合型人才。It is very important to effectively evaluate the integrated development level of the cultural industry and tourism industry,and realize the coordinated and high-quality development of the two industries,which is of great significance for promoting the transformation and upgrading of economic structure and the innovative development of cultural inheritance in Gansu Province.Based on the coupling theory in physics,the time series data from 2012 to 2018 in Gansu Province are selected to build the coupling coordination degree model to evaluate the integration degree of cultural industry and tourism.It is found that the comprehensive evaluation index of the development level of cultural industry and tourism in Gansu Province is increasing year by year,and the development speed of cultural industry is faster than that of tourism.The cultural industry and tourism are at a high level of coupling,and the coordinated development between the two industries is steadily improving.The serious imbalance in 2012 eventually lead to a smooth transition to a high-quality coordinationin 2018.In order to promote the in-depth and high-quality development of culture and tourism,it is necessary to construct a new pattern and explore new ways of cultural and tourism integrated development,and cultivate high-quality interdisciplinary talents.
