摘　　要：面对城市发展过程中的“城市病”,“城市双修”成为治理城市、改善人居环境的重要抓手。呼伦贝尔市作为典型的草原城市,具有独特的自然与草原民族文化特征,但其中心城区在生态与城市建设方面仍面临一系列亟待解决的城市问题。文章基于市民意见调查、部门访谈和现场踏勘,对呼伦贝尔市中心城区的生态与城市建设问题进行评估,进而逐项提出解决策略,建立项目库,制订近远期目标,以期建设一个草原文化特色凸显、宜居宜业宜游的北方城市“城市双修”典范。Urban regeneration and ecological restoration has become an important measure in response to urban diseases.As a typical prairie city,Hulun Buir has unique natural and cultural characters as well urban problems in ecological and urban development.Based on citizen survey,interviews,on site investigation,the paper evaluates ecological and urban construction problems in central district of Hulun Buir city,puts forwards solutions for each problem,establishes project library and immediate and long term visions,in order to set a model city in urban regeneration and ecological restoration with typical prairie culture.
