中国创业行为研究的现状、演进及趋势——基于1999年-2018年CSSCI期刊的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：对创业行为的研究有助于理解创业者建构一个新的组织的内在动力机制和外在影响环境,近20年来中国创业行为研究取得了长足进步,逐步向专业性、规范性和前沿性发展.通过对1999-2018年CSSCI期刊论文进行文献计量学分析发现,中国创业行为研究经历了探索期、发展期和蓬勃发展期三个阶段,但在跨学科系统、研究方法、理论创新上均存在不足.今后中国创业行为研究需要跳出创业看创业,寻求多学科领域的交叉协同,规范和完善实证研究方法体系,并以本土化的创业行为实践为根基构建具有中国特色创业行为研究的学术城邦.The research on entrepreneurial behavior was helpful to understand the internal motivation mechanism and external influence environment of entrepreneurs in building a new organization.In recent 20 years,the research on entrepreneurial behavior in China had made great progress,gradually developing towards professionalism,standardization and frontier.Through bibliometrics analysis of papers published in CSSCI journals from 1999 to 2018,it was found that the research on entrepreneurial behavior in China has gone through three stages,namely,exploration stage,development stage and vigorous development stage,but there are deficiencies in interdisciplinary system,research method and theoretical innovation.In the future,the study of entrepreneurial behavior in China needed to look beyond entrepreneurship to entrepreneurship,seek cross-disciplinary cooperation,standardize and improve the system of empirical research methods,and build academic city-states with Chinese characteristics for entrepreneurial behavior research based on localized entrepreneurial behavior practice.
