摘　　要：针对倾动炉生产过程中,布袋被SO2腐蚀,酸结露严重,造成布袋压差超过设计值,炉子负压抽不动。通过提高布袋入口烟气温度,石灰仓加伴热带,延缓了布袋酸结露的现象,满足了炉子大修前生产的正常负压,使炉子烟气排空达标(≤10 mg/Nm^3)。In the production process of tilting furnace,the bag is corroded by SO2 and the acid condensation is serious,which causes the bag pressure difference to exceed the design value and the negative pressure of the furnace cannot be pumped.By increasing the flue gas temperature at the inlet of the bag and adding the tracing band to the lime bin,the phenomenon of acid condensation in the bag is delayed,the normal negative pressure of the production before the overhaul of the furnace is met,and the flue gas of the furnace is discharged up to the standard(<10 mg/Nm^3).
