摘　　要：城市公共中心作为城市建设的核心抓手,一直是城市设计讨论的核心议题。文章在解析总体城市设计层面公共中心概念的基础上,跳出传统城市功能体系下的编制思路,基于“以人为本”和“因城”理念,提出公共空间供给品属性下城市公共中心的布局原则、系统构建及空间控制方法,并通过不同项目实践对地域进行“因城”的特色设计。Urban public center has been a core issue of urban design.Based on an analysis of public center concept in overall urban design,the paper proposes public center system construction and spatial control methods based on“human consideration”and“adaptation to cities”concepts,and practices the methods in different projects.
