摘  要:新冠肺炎疫情的冲击充分暴露了我国餐饮行业发展的痛点,也为餐饮企业创新自救、韧性重塑提供了重要契机,对后疫情时代餐饮发展将产生深远影响。应用大数据、区块链、物联网技术和数字化平台,提升餐饮企业食品安全健康标准、建立线上线下全渠道销售体系、加速餐饮零售化转型、建立开放共赢的平台联营关系、建立灵活的员工共享机制成为增强餐饮企业韧性的重要途径;同时多方位的精准政策扶持为餐饮企业复苏和未来健康发展提供了重要支持。The impact of COVID-19 epidemic has exposed the pain of the development of the catering industry in China,and also provided an opportunity for the catering enterprises to innovate themselves and enhance their resilience to survive and develop.The development of big data and digital platform is the key to the recovery of catering enterprises;the improvement of food safety and health standards,the establishment of online&offline channel sales system,and the acceleration of catering retail transformation are conducive to improving the resilience of catering enterprises;the establishment of an open and win-win joint venture platform,the establishment of flexible staff sharing mechanism and multi-directional precise policy support are conducive to the recovery of catering enterprises and the health of the industry development.
