摘　　要：长期以来,关于渤海上京城宫城、皇城、郭城的营建时序,学术界始终存在认知分歧。文章以文献中留存的渤海国行政建制为切入点,同时结合新时期的考古发现,对渤海上京城三重城建置的营建时序进行了全新的学术解读。For a long time,there were always differences in academic community about the construction sequence of the inner city,the imperial city and the outer city of Bohai Shangjing City(渤海上京城).This article takes the administration system of Bohai State,that was retained in the literature,as the cut-in point,and combines the archaeological discoveries in the new Century,to make a brand-new academic interpretation of the construction sequence of Bohai Shangjing City.
