摘　　要：“建设中国特色自由贸易港”是新时代以习近平同志为核心的党中央做出的重大战略部署。以全球自由贸易港视野观察,海南自由贸易港具有鲜明的“中国特色”:坚持中国特色社会主义的制度特色;以服务贸易为核心的新型国际贸易集聚地的贸易特色;国家改革开放试验区与国家生态文明试验区的海南特色;面向太平洋和印度洋的重要对外开放门户与国家重大战略服务保障区的国家战略特色;为构建人类命运共同体,形成海上丝绸之路的重要节点和“泛南海经济合作圈”中心的国际特色。“Building a free trade port with distinctive Chinese features”is a major strategic deployment made by the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping at the core in the new era.From the perspective of global free trade ports,Hainan Free Trade Port has distinct“Chinese characteristics”:it adhere to the institutional characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics;the trade characteristics of a new type of international trade cluster centered on service trade;the Hainan characteristics of the national reform and opening experimental zone and the national ecological civilization experimental zone;an important opening door and country facing the Pacific and Indian Ocean The national strategic characteristics of a major strategic service guarantee zone;in order to build a community of shared future for mankind,an important node of the Maritime Silk Road and an international characteristic of the center of the“Pan-South China Sea Economic Cooperation Zone”.
