摘 要:目的:探讨丹红注射液对小鼠无氧运动抗疲劳能力的影响。方法:取昆明种小鼠75只随机分为五组,空白组、训练组、丹红注射液低剂量组(0.05 ml/kg)、丹红注射液高剂量组(0.1 ml/kg)、红景天胶囊阳性对照组(0.674 g/kg),阳性组灌胃给药,其他组腹腔注射给药30 d后,分别测定小鼠在25℃的游泳池游泳及负重游泳后,力竭游泳时间、体质量变化,以及对生化指标肝组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA);血浆中血乳酸(LD)、血红蛋白(Hb);血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血尿素氮(BUN)的影响。结果:丹红注射液与训练组比较小鼠的体重有增加趋势但不明显,高剂量组、低剂量组均可明显延长小鼠的游泳时间(P<0.05),显著增加血浆中Hb的储备量和降低LD含量(P<0.05),提高肝组织匀浆中SOD活性,降低MDA含量(P<0.05),提高小鼠血清LDH活性和降低SUN含量(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液可以增加小鼠的运动能力,提高耐缺氧能力,延缓游泳小鼠疲劳的发生。Objective:To investigate the effect of Danhong injection on anti-fatigue ability of mice in anaerobic exercise.Method:75 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,blank group,training group,Danhong injection low dose group(0.05 ml/kg),high dose group(0.1 ml/kg)and Rhodiola capsule positive control group(0.674 g/kg).The rats in positive control group were treated with intragastric injection and other rats intraperitoneal injection.30 days later,after swimming and weight-bearing swimming at 25℃,the exhaustive swimming time,body weight change,biochemical indexes of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malonaldehyde(MDA),blood lactate(LD),hemoglobin(Hb),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)of these mice were measured.Results:Compared with training group,Danhong injection had a tendency to increase the weight of mice but not obvious.The swimming time of mice was significantly prolonged in high dose group and low dose group(P<0.05),the reserve of Hb was significantly increased.The activity of SOD in liver homogenate was increased and the content of MDA was decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),LD content in serum of mice in high dose group after exercise was lower(P<0.05)and the serum LDH activity was increased(P<0.05).The high dose group,the low dose group and the positive control group had vary degrees of difference.Conclusion:Danhong injection can increase the athletic ability of mice,improve the ability of hypoxia tolerance,and delay the occurrence of fatigue in swimming mice.
