四君子汤保留灌肠联合太宁栓治疗慢性直肠炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究观察四君子汤保留灌肠联合太宁栓对慢性直肠炎的治疗效果。方法:选取慢性直肠炎84例为研究对象,按照随机数表分为联合组及对照组各42例。对照组给予太宁栓治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予四君子汤保留灌肠治疗。比较治疗1个月后两组患者中医症候治疗效果差异;比较治疗前及治疗1个月后两组患者中医症候积分(腹痛、黏液便、肛门坠胀)、肠镜检查评分、肠道生化指标[白细胞介素-33(IL-33)、核因子κB(NF-κB)]差异。结果:治疗1个月后,联合组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,联合组患者中医症候积分、肠镜检查评分、IL-33、NF-κB等指标低于对照组,两组患者指标均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤保留灌肠联合太宁栓对慢性直肠炎患者治疗效果良好,可显著减轻患者机体及肠道症状、改善患者免疫功能。Objective:To investigate the treatment effects of Sijunzi decoction retention enema combined with Titanoreine suppository on chronic proctitis.Methods:84 patients with chronic proctitis were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into combined group and control group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Control group was given Titanoreine suppository,and combined group was given Sijunzi decoction retention enema treatment on the basis of control group.The treatment effects of TCM symptoms were compared between the two groups after 1 month of treatment.The scores of TCM symptoms(abdominal pain,mucus stool,anal bulging),enteroscopy score and intestinal biochemical indexes[interleukin-33(IL-33),nuclear factorκB(NF-κB)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 1 month of treatment.Results:After 1 month of treatment,the effective rate of treatment in combined group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the TCM symptoms scores,enteroscopy score and levels of IL-33 and NF-κB in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores and levels in combined group were lower than those in control group during the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sijunzi decoction retention enema combined with Titanoreine suppository has good treatment effects on patients with chronic proctitis,and it can significantly reduce the body and intestinal symptoms and improve the immune function of patients.
