摘 要:目的探讨新疆地区人群中低密度脂蛋白相关受体1基因rs11172113位点多态性与冠心病的相关性。方法本研究纳入2018年1月-2019年12月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院住院行冠脉造影的患者1456例,其中冠心病患者713例为观察组,非冠心病患者743例为对照组,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法进行基因分型,探讨低密度脂蛋白相关受体1 rs11172113基因多态性与冠心病患病的关联性。结果观察组与对照组低密度脂蛋白相关受体1 rs11172113位点各基因型及等位基因分布频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,校正性别、年龄因素后,低密度脂蛋白相关受体1基因rs11172113 C携带者患有冠心病的风险为0.802(OR=0.802,95%CI:0.647-0.994,P<0.05)。结论在新疆地区人群中低密度脂蛋白相关受体1基因rs11172113多态性可能与冠心病相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between polymorphism of LRP1 gene rs11172113 and coronary heart disease(CHD)in Xinjiang population.Methods A total of 1456 patients with coronary angiography were recruited from January 2018 to December 2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,713 patients with CHD were in the observation group and 743 patients without CHD were in the control group.Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used for genotyping to investigate the association between LRP1 rs11172113 gene polymorphism and CHD.Results There was no significant difference in the distribution frequency of each genotype and allele between the two groups(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting for gender and age,the risk of CHD was 0.802 for C carriers with LRP1 rs11172113 polymorphism.Conclusion The polymorphism of LRP1 rs11172113 gene in Xinjiang population may be associated with coronary heart disease.
