摘　　要：目的研究男性冠心病患者的促酰化蛋白基因rs2250656多态性和脂代谢的相关性。方法研究纳入2019年4月-2020年4月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院住院的男性冠心病患者196例和正常健康者237例。检测所有研究对象ASP rs2250656位点的基因型,分析男性冠心病患者中ASP rs2250656多态性与脂代谢的关系。结果与CC型和TC型相比,男性冠心病患者的TT型基因组中LDL-C水平更高(P<0.05)。校正年龄、吸烟史、饮酒史等因素后,冠心病患者中ASP基因rs2250656多态性C携带者患有高甘油三酯血症的风险为0.526,患有高胆固醇血症的风险为0.370。结论男性冠心病人群中,ASP基因rs2250656多态性可能与脂代谢相关,C等位基因可能冠心病患者是脂代谢紊乱的保护因素。Objective To investigate the correlation between the polymorphism of ASP gene rs2250656 and lipid metabolism in male coronary heart disease(CHD)patients.Methods This study included 196 male patients with CHD and 237 normal healthy controls admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from April 2019 to April 2020.Genotypes of ASP rs2250656 locus were detected in all subjects,and the relationship between rs2250656 polymorphism and serum lipids in themale patients with CHD was analyzed.Results The LDL-C level in TT group was significantly higher than that of TC type and CC type in the male patients with CHD(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting for confounding factors such as age,smoking history and drinking history,the risk of high triglyceride and high cholesterol was 0.526 and 0.370 for C carriers with ASP rs2250656 polymorphism in the pa-tients with CHD.Conclusionin The male patients with CHD,the polymorphism of ASP gene rs2250656 may be related to lipid metabolism disorder,and the C allele may be a protective factor of lipid metabolism disorder in the patients with CHD.
