摘　　要：目的探讨促酰化蛋白基因rs2250656位点、内皮酯酶基因rs2000813位点与低密度脂蛋白受体基因rs1122608位点多态性和冠心病的相关性。方法收集新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的723例冠心病患者(观察组)以及756例非冠心病患者(对照组)。采用聚合酶链反应方法检测研究对象促酰化蛋白基因rs2250656位点、内皮酯酶基因rs2000813位点与低密度脂蛋白受体基因rs1122608位点的基因型,分析不同基因型与冠心病的关系。结果ASP rs2250656基因位点中,与TT基因型相比,携带CC基因型患者发生冠心病的风险是前者的1.847倍(OR=1.847,95%CI=0.766-1.223,P=0.025),内皮酯酶基因rs2000813以及低密度脂蛋白受体基因rs1122608与冠心病的发生未见明显关联性。结论促酰化蛋白基因rs2250656多态性和冠心病具有密切的关联,CC基因型是冠心病的一个重要的危险因素。Objective To explore the correlation between the polymorphism of ASP rs2250656,LDLRrs1122608 and LIPGrs2000813 genes and the risk of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 723 patients with coronary heart disease and 756 patients with non-coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected for comparative study.The genotypes of ASP rs2250656,LDLR rs1122608,LIPG rs2000813 were detected,and the relationship between the different genotypes and coronary heart disease was explored.Results ASP rs2250656 polymorphism is closely related to the incidence of coronary heart disease.Compared with the TT genotype,the risk of coronary heart disease in patients with the CC genotype was 1.847 times(OR=1.847,95%CI=0.766,1.223,P=0.025).LIPG rs2000813 and LDLR rs1122608 gene polymorphisms are not associated with the risk of coronary heart disease.Conclusion The incidence of coronary heart disease may be closely related to the ASP gene rs2250656 polymorphism.The CC genotype may be an important risk factor for coronary heart disease.
